Welcome!

Thank you for stopping by the Binding Broken Hearts website. Stay awhile. Look around. Catch the vision. Join the movement.

Why We're Here

The mission of Binding Broken Hearts is to introduce Jesus to a broken world, especially to the powerless, often forgotten men and women that live behind bars by providing study Bibles to any incarcerated individual who asks, free of charge.

Our goal is to awaken an interest in God's word through Bible stories and Bible lessons that show a powerful and loving God Who is relevant and necessary in today's world.

We offer hope and encouragement through monthly personal letters. We are currently communicating to 4,500 inmates in 564 facilities in 37 states across the country.

Our vision is a Bible in every jail and prison cell across the United States bringing the power of God's word into the lives of those who need Jesus desperately.

Catch the vision. Join the movement.

Thousands of U.S. Inmates Receive Andrews Study Bibles

On June 17, 2016, the Adventist Review posted an article entitled, "Thousands of U.S. Inmates Receive Andrews Study Bibles," which highlights the ministry of Binding Broken Hearts.

The article includes information on how Binding Broken Hearts was started, what we're doing now, and the Bibles that we send to the inmates.

There is Power in God's Word

Why do we focus on sharing the Bible, especially with inmates? Because there is power in God's word.

"The creative energy that called the worlds into existence is in the word of God. This word imparts power; it begets life. Every command is a promise; accepted by the will, received into the soul, it brings with it the life of the Infinite One. It transforms the nature and re-creates the soul in the image of God." (Education, p. 126)
